The following conditions apply for orders:


Standard Delivery timelines (estimated 2 to 7 days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available.
The Trolley Company will endeavor to deliver on the launch date, however, should there be any unforeseen circumstances, we will deliver to customers in strict chronological order, which may be after the launch date.


During checkout you will be given the option of Credit Card payment (via Payfast) or EFT payment to our bank account.

Separate shipping

Products are shipped separately. They will not be sent with any other The Trolley Company products.
Orders placed with The Trolly Company over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock and payment clearance.

Standard Delivery

With The Trolley Company Standard Delivery, your goods will be sent by an express courier service, subject to stock and payment clearance. Our Courier Costs range from R130 – R500 per trolley, depending on where in South Africa you are situated. You will receive your goods within 3 – 5 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. For your protection, we will require a signature on delivery.
